Return request

In case you want to return the product, you can, if reported within 14 days after receipt of the product by you or on your behalf. You need to handle the product and original packaging with care and unpack only insofar it is necessary. The product must be in its original and unused condition to be returned. The product will be returned as instructed by Fontoplumo.

Shipping cost will not be refunded.

If the product or the original packaging is damaged or obviously used, we are forced to offset a loss in value of the product. You can reduce this risk by limiting the handling of the product.

This right to return is not valid for certain limited edition products. (of course all warrantee is valid and any possible defects will be fixed to our / manufacturer best abilities).

Items bought on SALE cannot be returned.
