Lotus Shikhar black ebonite fountain pen

I wasn't expecting too much from this product, but I wanted to get a Lotus pen, so choose this which is slightly different from all my other fountain pens. It turns out I've bonded well and quickly with this. It's slightly thicker and bigger than most, which for my taste is appealing. The feeling in the hand is great (probably given by the ebonite material). I have used the pen for a while after then for two weeks or a bit more, it remained untouched, unused. I was surprised that it worked without any skips or hard starts, which is not something I can say for too many pens.
I highly recommend it!
I've also got a custom architect grind, which as with all other custom grinds I've ordered it is delightful. The only mistake I have done, was to get an architect grind on an M nib, which doesn't give the same pronounced character one would get with B or BB.
