Miguel Ángel González López Placed on 19-10-2023 This is one of the best fountain pens I have. The nib is wonderful, wet and smooth with just a small touch of feedback, in the way I prefer. The acrylic is very pretty, a bit translucent and the piston filling system is very convenient. The Omas Ogiva is so versatile. The very pretty greek bands in the cap and (not very usual) in the section make the pen so nice!The only defect is that the piston is not very smooth but it can be solved with a bit of silicone grease. Frank from Fontoplumo is, like always, very nice and kind; very good service. The fountain pen is top notch, better than many other expensive pens and in pair with the best ones. This Omas Ogiva is fantastic.Take care and best regards to everybody ;)
Miguel Ángel González López Placed on 01-10-2023 This fountain pen is marvellous. Good ink capacity and nice acrylic. The piston filling mechanism is on the hard side (it's only negative). The best part is it's nib (medium in my case) is very smooth with just a hint of feedback to let you know you're writing, so perfect because I prefer this feeling to the buttery smooth (because you don't know if it touches de paper when you do not apply pressure. It is wet, which I like a lot, not a gusher but wet, due to it's marvellous ebonite feeder. Frank is very kind and professional, the price is not low but with the discount you can get it's reasonable. Totally recommended fountain pen. Better than other luxury and non luxury brands much higher in price. In my view it's one of the best high-end fountain pens you can get. The brand has taken the old spirit. Omas is back.
