I got this ink for comparison with my beloved Sailor Kin-Mokusei. In the pictures on the Web it is hard to judge, they seem to be similar. But Himeyuri has a Kind of muted quality to it that makes the bright orange a bit subdued. You can barely see this in writing but if applied in broad strokes on swatching paper you will get what I mean. I Like Kin-Mokusei a Bit better still so this one gets only 4 stars. Still a good ink.
