This pen has become my daily writer. The F nib lays down a precise and wet line which is manifestly narrower than an average European fine. It took some getting used to the feedback, which can appear scratchy at first. The upstroke is very thin and makes for some natural line variation. Over time, it has become really smooth. I like the low weight, comfortable size and grip, even when posted, and nice blue colour (it is less dark than in the photo; the Pilot Namiki Blue cartridges go very well with this pen, but a CON 40 and 70 work very well, too). It may be the least expensive option if you want a 14k gold nib and a wet, smooth writer.
