Product description
The Gioia Gaiola is the first limited edition fountain pen by Gioia and has a 14 gold nib and piston filling system.
A total of only 50 pens are made.
Due to the color combination in the resin, each pen will be unique.
Gaiola is a small two island formation near Naples Italy, in the Posilipo area, whose beautiful colors inspired Gioia to have this semi transparent resin made.
Originally the small island was known as Euplea, protector of safe navigation and was the site of a small temple. The Latin word caveola (little cave) passed through the region's dialect to become Caviola and then Gaiola.
