SHIPPING

Orders for items that are in stock generally ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Items that are not in stock, generally ship within 2 weeks after receipt of payment. Stock status is clearly mentioned on the product page and in your shopping cart.
Goods are sent by standard post / parcel service. Orders from 125 EUR (excl VAT) and over are eligible for FREE shipping via the tracked parcel service.

Most packages send inside Europe arrive within 1 week after shipment. Packages send outside of Europe usually arrive within 1-2 weeks. It does occur that it takes 6-8 weeks, especially in busy seasons or if that is normal in your country.

You can track your parcel status by the link we email you. You can then also use the tracking number to check in with your country mail service. They sometimes have additional updates.

We can request a formal investigation only after 8 weeks of shipment. 99.99% of all parcels arrive well before that.

We offer two shipping options with tracking:
- Priority parcel service, comes with tracking and is delivered by your countries postal service
- Express shipping, much faster and delivered by DHL Express

In all cases, care is given to the packaging and smaller items are standard send in bubble or cardboard envelopes.

Items under Nib customization or I Need A Pen do not count towards free shipping.

VAT

Destinations outside of the EU will be excluded of VAT in the item price.
VAT is 21% and will be deducted either when you are a registered user and the system know your country, or before paying when you enter the ship to address.
Destinations inside of the EU, the VAT rate applicable for your country will be applied on checkout.
