LAMY safari special editions @ Fontoplumo
In this overview we list all the LAMY safari special editions which were at one point available through Fontoplumo and or our I Need A Pen section. We listed the ones we once offered since we started to carry Lamy in 2013 and it contains editions which were worldwide available, but also some regional exclusive ones which we have been able to offer locally.
The Kaweco Collection series, an overview
The Kaweco Collection series is first launched in 2020 with the Sport Coral and from what I believe is the result from the wish of the Kaweco collectors and users group on Facebook, which wanted to create a special color for the group. Rather than making one specific for the Facebook group, Kaweco has started the Collection range, available for all.
Leonardo Audace Art Nouveau-collectie
This pen is made in a limited edition in black and red, and exclusively for Fontoplumo, in Mustard Yellow.
The mustard yellow is limited to only 30 pieces and comes in a silver or gold trim and your option of nib in size #6 or #8.
Sailor x Fontoplumo inkt in oranje en blauw
We like a good orange and blue ink.
That is why we asked Sailor, a manufacturer of wonderful pens and much loved inks, to make two inks for us. Fortunately they agreed and once we approved the color samples, the waiting began. Now the inks are here, we are very delighted how these came out.
Lotus vulpennen, nu bij Fontoplumo
Lotus Fountain Pens is an Indian company founded in 2017 by Arun Singhi. The company makes custom and standard pens in a variety of beautiful materials, including ebonite, wood and celluloid. Each pen is hand crafted and polished and fitted with a high quality nib.
Sailor Pro Gear Slim Solar Term
The Sailor Solar terms series is based on the four seasons in Japan and made in four elegant and delicate color combinations in the pens.
Each pen is supplied with a converter and a 20ml bottle of Sailor Shikiori ink to pair well with the color of the pen.
Omas is back and 1st pen is an Ogiva
2023 is the year Omas has returned. The first pen made is modelled to the Ogiva model and made in blue saffron celluloid. The new pens are made in Italy and have the original Omas nibs which people have been looking for for so long.
Kaweco Sport Chocolate voor Fontoplumo
The year 2022 is a year of many events and one of which is our 10th Anniversary. It feels only a little time ago that we decided start a new hobby project and registered Fontoplumo at the Chambers of Commerce.
Fontoplumo grew over the years and we’re always looking for new challenges. I am very happy to be able and do this successfully.

Since about a week, used and vintage pens started showing up at the I Need A Pen section of our website and although we have offered few in the past, the number of pens and the age is much more varied now.
