LAMY safari Song Dynasty White Jade vulpen

I hope the Azure Sky version will also be back in stock soon - the packaging of White Jade is marvellous, the pen a true & handsome Lamy Safari with very special, previously unencountered colours (not just a mix & match of different existing Safari editions and clips). I'm glad that Fontoplumo had this in stock, so that I could have it shipped to the US. The box is so pretty, I have it displayed up, and the little carrying case has such a beautiful design. The pen itself is a joy to write on. I'm glad I picked this up as my first Safari pen, as I have recently been getting into stationery.

Song Dynsty Azure Sky is a matt-finish Lamy Safari and the EF nib writes as fluidly and thinly as usual, even with inks from other manufacturers. The color, however, is the most incredibly beautiful blue that Lamy has ever released! The gray-green of the cross cap and ring matches it perfectly. You should know that the box is not made of real wood, but it is still beautiful, as is the pretty and sturdy case. I'm so glad to be able to add this beauty to my safari collection :)

I love this limited edition. Beautiful fountain pen, nice color. the pen case is gorgeous an dthe box that comes with is gorgeous.

Love this pen! I will say in the picture the pen looks more white with a slight gray tint but in real life the pen is very gray (almost greige). Definitely would not have named it white jade personally. Still a beautiful pen and the case is gorgeous but the color is a bit deceiving. Writes wonderfully though!
