I have to admit I was scared to take the plunge on this because I had never had a Sailor fountain pen and the legendary "feedback" was something I was not sure of. But I was drawn to the color scheme and name of this exclusive and it just kept calling me. Fontoplumo was very prompt and helpful through the chat option with my questions. It arrived quite quickly considering I'm in Canada - there were no extra charges on arrival either, and I absolutely love it! Bought the MF nib and love the writing experience. The pen itself is beautiful - the grey, orange and gold just work perfectly. Very classy looking pen with a little bit of fun from the orange.

I got late to the party too, but I'm so glad I still got one. It's much prettier in real life than the photos show. The sparkle is ever so elegantly subtle. I've got it inked up with Sailor Seki and it's a great combo. Can't wait to try it out with an orange ink as well. The broad nib I got wrote perfectly right out of the box.
If you like smaller pens and sailor nibs, then you should definitely go for this one. A very original, both fun and professional-looking pen!

This one is a very nice fountain pen well built and in my case with a well performing 14K gold music nib which I like because of the line variation it produces without the need of flexing. It writes wonderfully and has Fontoplumo exclusive color combination. I was so fortunate to get this fountain pen in the giveaway Frank does. So I am very grateful. But this good review is not only because of that, it's because the little Sailor is a very good writing instrument.
