From bauxite, a sedimentary rock mineral, deep in the Earth’s crust, aluminum is obtained, a soft and malleable metal with great reflective property. Its light shines on the surface of the new Momento Zero Alumina, reflecting its characteristics as a ductile yet resistant, light and refined pen. Momento Zero Alumina offers an elegant and durable writing experience like the material from which it takes shape.

The pens are entirely produced in Italy in the Leonardo workshop.
Raw aluminum turned from solid bar, brushed finish, colorless treatment (swiss made) on the surface to guarantee the durability of the metal over time and its pearlescent effect.

Fit and finish are excellent, as expected from Leonardo. The nib is smooth writing but with very good line variation. The pen is a bit heavier than the resin ones but not noticible in writing. The matte finish is very nice.
