The marble patterned barrel is the iconic characteristic of this series and is manufactured with the injection molding method Sailor normally employs for resin parts. Only under limited conditions can two colors form a beautiful marble pattern without blending too much into each other. Marble forming techniques have existed, but it was always considered difficult to create marble patterns with acrylic resin. At Sailor Pen, they now have developed an original technique for realizing marble patterns with polished shine and depth, using acrylic resin.

Sailor Pro Gear Slim Mini fountain pen, is an excellent companion on the go or at your desk it's compact size makes it easy to bring with you and when posted it is a nice size pen. The pen features an 14k gold nib which is made in house by Sailor in Japan. Can be used with cartridges or the Sailor Mini converter (max content of the converter is 0,3ml).
