What is HN
HN stands for House Number.
If your address does not have a number, please fill 0.
The House number is in the wrong place on my address
The number is placed on the position we are used to in The Netherlands.
If filled correctly, the shipping label will automatically put in on the correct position for your country. So please fill the house number in the field in order to ensure the goods will be send to your correct address.
Shipping
Do you ship to
We ship to most countries in the world. In the account registration you can see all currently active countries. If your country is not in the list, please reach out to us to see whether we can send there.
What are the shipping cost to my country
Shipping cost varies per country and what is being ordered. In order to know the shipping cost for the items in your cart, simply go to checkout.
If you have an account and are logged in, you will see the shipping options and cost there.
If you don’t have an account yet or are not logged in, select your country from the dropdown list to see the shipping options and cost per option.
VAT
Why is VAT not excluded
If you are living outside the EU or have an eligible registered company in the EU, you don’t need to pay VAT.
If you are logged in with an account and meet these criteria, the system will automatically show prices excl VAT. If you are not logged in, you can toggle the VAT button on top of the screen.
If the product price shows the same price incl and excl VAT, this means you see the excl VAT price.
